Pre-Event Planning & Coordination

  • Initial consultation to understand event goals, vision & budget

  • Event concept development & creative direction

  • Theme, style, and décor concept planning

  • Budget planning and management

  • Event timeline and production schedule

  • Venue scouting and booking assistance

  • Vendor sourcing and negotiation (catering, AV, decor, entertainment, etc.)

Vendor & Logistics Management

  • Liaising with all vendors before and during the event

  • Reviewing contracts & ensuring deliverables

  • Scheduling vendor arrival and setup

  • Coordinating rental equipment (furniture, AV, staging, etc.)

  • Vendor payment tracking (if required)

  • Transportation and accommodation coordination (for VIPs or guests)

Design & Aesthetics

  • Mood board creation

  • Venue layout & floor plan design

  • Decor planning (florals, linens, signage, etc.)

  • Custom event branding (logos, invitations, signage)
